We are a team of engineers and manufacturing specialists focused on industrial sealing solutions. Our work begins where standard seals reach their limits – under high pressures, extreme temperatures, and aggressive media. We develop and manufacture for mechanical engineering, hydraulics, and process technology.

Every seal is manufactured according to exact specifications. We work with tight tolerances and inspect each component for dimensional accuracy and leak-tightness. Our manufacturing includes injection molding, CNC machining, and manual assembly.

NBR, FKM, PTFE, EPDM – we know the properties of each elastomer and select the material specifically for the application. For special cases, we develop compound blends precisely tailored to your media and temperatures.

We accompany projects from the first sketch to series production. Together with your designers, we optimize groove geometries, seal profiles, and installation situations. Our goal: a permanently tight connection with minimal friction.

Every batch is documented and tested. Our laboratory conducts leak, pressure, and temperature tests. We work according to ISO 9001 and rely on statistical process control to detect outliers early.

From the specification sheet to series release, we accompany every project with simulation, prototype construction, and statistical process control. Manufacturing processes such as CNC milling and injection molding are directly adapted to the requirements.

Milestones in Sealing Technology

From Workshop to Technology Leader

Our development reflects the transformation of industrial seal manufacturing – from handcrafted individual pieces to precision-engineered series solutions for demanding mechanical engineering applications.

2005

Foundation and First Production Line

With a small workshop in Vienna, we started the production of gaskets for local mechanical engineering. The first fully automatic vulcanizing press marked the beginning of industrial manufacturing.

2010

Introduction of CNC Precision Machining

By integrating CNC-controlled milling and turning machines, we were able to manufacture seals with tolerances below 0.02 mm for the first time. This enabled entry into the hydraulics and pneumatics industry.

2015

Certification according to ISO 9001 and DIN EN 10204

The introduction of a comprehensive quality management system and certification according to international standards created the basis for long-term partnerships with major customers from the automotive and chemical industries.

2020

Expansion with Additive Manufacturing Processes

With the investment in 3D printing technology for elastomers and thermoplastic materials, we opened up new possibilities for prototype construction and small series with complex geometries – without tooling costs.

2024

New Technical Center for Material Development

The construction of our own technical center with a material laboratory and test bench for dynamic seal testing enables us to develop customer-specific compounds and simulate extreme operating conditions.
